A MUNICIPAL ORDER RE-APPOINTING MIKE FEDERLE, AS A MEMBER OF THE FORT THOMAS BOARD OF ETHICS FOR A THREE (3) YEAR TERM

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT

THOMAS, CAMPBELL COUNTY, KENTUCKY:

SECTION I

That Mike Federle, be and he is hereby appointed as a member of the Fort Thomas Board of Ethics for a three (3) year term commencing on March 2, 2009, until March 2, 2012, or until his successor is appointed and qualified.

As a member of the Board of Ethics, he shall assume all duties and responsibilities of the office as outlined in Ordinance 0-19-94, more commonly known as the Fort Thomas Ethics Policy.

SECTION II

Read, passed, and adopted this 2nd day of March, 2009.
