EXECUTIVE ORDER EO-01-2009

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER APPOINTING FRANK TWEHUES AS A MEMBER OF THE FORT THOMAS TREE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FORT THOMAS, CAMPBELL COUNTY, KY AND SETTING HIS TERM OF OFFICE.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF FORT THOMAS, CAMPBELL COUNTY, KENTUCKY:

SECTION I

That Frank Twehues be, and he is hereby appointed as a member of the Fort Thomas Tree Commission of the City of Fort Thomas, Campbell County, Kentucky, to serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and Board of Council for a two year term ending on February 17, 2011.

SECTION II

Read, passed and adopted this 17th day of February, 2009.
