EXECUTIVE ORDER EO-5-2009

AN EXECUTIVE ORDER RE-APPOINTING STEVE DAUER AS A MEMBER OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE CITY OF FORT THOMAS, CAMPBELL COUNTY, KENTUCKY; AND SETTING HIS TERM OF OFFICE.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

FORT THOMAS, CAMPBELL COUNTY, KENTUCKY:

SECTION I

That Steve Dauer, be and he is hereby appointed as a member of the Board of Adjustment for a four (4) year term, ending June 1, 2013, or until his successor is appointed and qualified.

SECTION II

Read, passed and adopted this 1^st day of June, 2009.
