ORDINANCE NO. O-10-2011

 

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT THOMAS, CAMPBELL COUNTY, KENTUCKY, AMENDING CHAPTER 75, SCHEDULE III OF THE “CITY OF FORT THOMAS CODE OF ORDINANCES” RELATING TO SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN STREETS.

 

            BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT THOMAS, CAMPBELL COUNTY, KENTUCKY, AS FOLLOWS:

 

SECTION I

 

            That Chapter 75, Schedule III of the “City of Fort Thomas Code of Ordinances” is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION II

 

            The provisions of this ordinance are severable.  If any provision, section, paragraph, or part thereof is subsequently held invalid, such decision shall not affect or impair the validity of the remainder of this ordinance.

 

SECTION III

 

            This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its approval, adoption and publication as provided by law.
