ORDINANCE NO. O-17-2008

 

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE “PERSONNEL AND PAY CLASSIFICATION PLAN” BY ADJUSTING THE COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THE POSITION OF “PARKS AND GREENSPACE LABORER II.”

 

WHEREAS, the Mayor and the City of Fort Thomas, with approval of the Board of Council, has previously established compensation ranges for all non-elected City Officers and Employees; and

 

WHEREAS, as the duties of the positions of said Officers and Employees change with time it becomes necessary to adjust compensation ranges accordingly. 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF FORT THOMAS, CAMPBELL COUNTY, KENTUCKY:

 

 

SECTION I

 

That the compensation range for the position of “Parks and Greenspace Laborer II” is hereby amended as follows:

SECTION II

 

            All ordinances, resolutions or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance, are to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.

 

 

SECTION III

 

This ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date provided by law.
