Everyone can obtain a copy of their own report with a picture ID for free. We will not fax a report or records because we need to see an ID. Insurance companies and attornies (representing a client) can obtain a copy of a report. They need to send in a written request and a $2.00 fee. They may also pick them up in person. We will not fax records and reports unless the request and the $2.00 fee are received.
