WALKING Citizens are welcome to walk in the Armory Gymnasium. The gym is opens at 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday. (12 laps equal 1 mile. ) Tower Park and Highland Hills Park offer miles of walking trails. There is also a beautiful "Landmark Tree Trail" near Carmel Manor.

AEROBICS Various aerobic/exercise classes are taught year round. There is a small fee payable each class. Classes are currently offered on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6 pm to 7 pm in the Armory Gymnasium. Cost is $2 per class. Pay as you go. |
