RESOLUTION NO. R-5-2008

Resolution of the Board of Council approving THE “FORT THOMAS FIREFIGHTERS
LOCAL #1928 CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF FORT THOMAS, jULY 1, 2007 –
JUNE 30, 2011” and authorizing the MAYOR to execute same.
WHEREAS, the city
and the members of IAFF Local #1928 have negotiated
in good faith to come to establish a Working Agreement to the mutual benefit of
the parties; and
WHERAS, the Board
of Council has determined that the proposed Working Agreement is beneficial to
the city and will aid in the successful and efficient operation of the fire
department.
NOW, THEREFORE BE
IT RESOLVED by the Board of Council of the City of
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of
council of the City of Fort Thomas, Campbell County, Kentucky, that Mary H.
Brown, Mayor, be and hereby is authorized to execute the “Fort Thomas
Firefighters Local #1928 Contractual Agreement with the City of Fort Thomas,
July 1, 2007 – June 30, 2011” attached hereto.
Read, passed and adopted this 1st day of December,
2008.
