RESOLUTION NO. R-6-2009

 

 

A Resolution of the Board of Council approving THE “FORT THOMAS general services DEPARTMENT WORKING AGREEMENT, 2009-2011” and authorizing the MAYOR to execute same. 

 

            WHEREAS, the city and the full-time general services department employees who are members of AFSCME Local #286 have negotiated in good faith to come to establish a Working Agreement which is to the mutual benefit of the parties; and

 

            WHERAS, the Board of Council has determined that the proposed amendment to the Working Agreement is beneficial to the city and will aid in the successful and efficient operation of the general services department. 

 

            NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Council of the City of Fort Thomas, Campbell County, Kentucky, that the “Fort Thomas General Services Department Working Agreement, 2009-2011” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference is hereby approved.

 

            Read, passed and adopted this 15th day of June, 2009.
