RESOLUTION NO. R-7-2011
A Resolution of the Board of Council OF THE
WHEREAS, the Campbell
County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) serves as the emergency management
services on a county-wide basis which includes the City of Fort Thomas; and
WHERAS, the
WHEREAS, the

To outline the
responsibilities of local governments in the event of an incident;
·
To provide
guidance to local agencies as to their responsibilities in the event of an
incident;
·
To provide
procedures to determine the severity and magnitude of incidents and outline the
integrated emergency management system to be utilized for overall coordination
of the incident response in the County;
·
To outline the
aid and assistance available to local government, individuals and businesses
when a Local, State or Federal Disaster Declaration is issued;
·
To outline the
actions required of local governments to be eligible for state and federal
assistance under Public Law 93-288, the Homeland Security Act of 2002 and other
related Public Laws.
